Sir,
I surprise to see four news articles titled recently in popular News papers appeared as follow

1)   Nutrition exercise key to managing diabetes’ appeared in ‘The Hindu dated 17-11-019 stating Proper nutrition and physical exercise are important for a healthy lifestyle for diabetic patients, V. Mohan, Chairman, Dr, Mohan’s Diabetes Specialties Centre said on Saturday.
He was delivering a PEP (Patient Education Programme) talk on Whats new in preventing and combating diabetes’, organised by Neuberg Diagnostic Private Limited. Continous glucose monitoring devices help track pattern in a patients for 14 days.
Pointing out that diabetes is becoming, a public health issue. Dr. Mohan said the prevalence of diabetes in India was on the rise. Citing several studies, he said in Chennai, for instance, the prevalence of diabetes had increased from, to 22.5% in 2015.
2)   Fitness pays off at  any age’ appeared in ‘The Times of India dated 27-10-2019 stating that “For the new study, which was published last month in Scientific Reports, Scientists at the University Munster in Germany decide to look inside the skulls of a large group of young adults.
They began by turning to a hefty trove of data gathered as      part of the human Connectome Project, an international collaborative effort that aims to help much of the human brain and tease out how it works.
Tapping into the brain : As part of that project, more than 1200 young men and women in the United States recently agreed to have their brains scanned with a specialised type of MRI that looks at the health of their brains white matter consists of the many connections between neurons and brain region. It is, essentially, the brain’s communications wiring (The working neurons make up the brain’s grey matter.)
3)   Salman says no to steroids”appeared in the supplimentry paper ‘Chennai Chronicle’ (Deccan Chronicle) dated 19-11-2019 stated that “Those who try to keep their body strong by using steroids should understand one thing very clearly. They need not use steroid at all. Steroids are not good. Many people misuse steroids, which are really bad for their bodies because it damages the kidney, liver and other important parts of our body as well. If you guys do not stop the usage of steroids then remember Kia app jaldi nikal loge (you will reach a quick end). Unnecessary usage of steroids ruins your body, and you will collapse someday of a heart attack or whatever,” he warned. However, the actor finds protein powders and supplements acceptable, “Protein shakes and suppliments are fine, but steroids don’t give you a natural body. So refrain from its use,” he added.
4)   Why some people are ‘fat but fit explained” appeared in ‘The Times of India dated 19-11-2019. This is a very interesting article stating that “the researchers from the University of Leads suggest that people who are overweight but have a seemingly healthy metabolism may have an especially good blood supply to their fat cells.
Natalie Haywood, who led the study said. “It’s a myth that you    can overweight and complete healthy – but there may be some truth to the “fat but fit” paradox. People with better blood supply to their fat may be more metabolically healthy and could be protected against heart and circulatory diseases.”
In the study, the researchers studied a receptor called IGF1-R, which is known to play a roll in the growth of new blood vessels.

I would like to put it in more perspective way whereas Salman Khan  most popular Indian actor in the film industry is hale and healthy through his intermediate exercise which doesn’t seem to come under heavy load of exercise keeps his body trim but appearance wise he is quite a hefty man for his age. But most of hefty people can not do such exercise like the actor is bad for their heart. So how to over come with less exercise without straining the body muscle can be achieved by increasing the level of voltage in the brain through the medium of light. This visual light plays a vital roll in enhancing the dipole dipole force which is nothing but Higgs Boson particle rendering them as candidate in strengthening all the ionize blood cells to carry more oxygen in them. Further by exerting pressure on two hands at different levels that enhances the connectivity among neurons creates more grey matter by these neurons activity. In the process it avoids most of the non communicable diseases through photon transfer of electrons. Thus it makes the body and the brain as fresh as ever.

Regard to fitness I had already published a paper titled as “Exercise plays a vital role to deliver healthy babies” 21-12-2014 can be assessed from this website

Another paper titled as ‘Can Yoga Make Inroad in Your Health!’ dated 22-1-2017 can be assessed from this Website

Also another paper titled as ‘Bowing head makes the brain more effective’ can be assessed from this Website

My version ‘How to avoid heart attack’ can be assessed from this Website

And also displayed another paper titled as “How to avoid high systolic blood pressure in men and women” can be assessed from this Website

I even displayed another paper titled as ‘How to suppress depression and other forms of mental disorders?’ Can be assessed from this Website

Every New Year this kind of a version I use to publish to strengthen the brain’s activity as follow
Watering the plants and planting trees can expand all lives

This also another paper tiled as “How to make all the cells to function effectively? can be assessed from this Website

Let this beauty speaks itself in life.

Foot note :- I am surprise to see another article titled as “Migratory bird flies nonstop for 10 months” appeared in ‘The Times of India dated 31-10-2016 stating that “Scientists had long ago proposed that common swifts, a medium-sized migratory bird, might spend most of their lives in flight, but Swedish scientists have now proved that the birds can fly for 10 months straight.

I would like give my version how migrating birds able to fly nonstoppable journey for 10 months. These two eyes are framed either side of the head and they fly close to each other in a bow shape to reduce the air resistant and they see closely and the inter change of vision to gaging the speed of the flight with help of moonlit night or stary night or sunlight. This inter changing of the vision it creates positive negative images that increase the level of voltage in the brain and enhances the dipole dipole force able to convert carbon dioxide and the water vapour in the air into glucose through medium of light. It becomes a nonstoppable journey in their flying just like plant produces carbohydrate through photosynthesis and leaves out oxygen in the air. But in the migrating bird in their flight mechanism it converts into glucose in the process pure oxygen is produced and the receptors sent this pure oxygen to the blood stream. This is the technque they adopt in their flight with motor cells activation in the wings they keep flying.
