How to improve sperm counts in men

Sir,

I am surprise to see an article today titled as “Sperm counts in the West plunge by 60% in 40 yrs” appeared in a popular News paper called ‘The Times of India’  dated 27-7-2017 stating that Sperm counts have plunged by nearly 60% in just 40 years among men living in the West, according to a major review of scientific studies that suggests the modern world is causing serious damage to men’s health. Pesticides, hormone-disrupting chemicals, diet, stress, smoking and obesity have all been “plausibly associated” with the problem, which is associated with a range of other illnesses such as testicular cancer and generally increased mortality rate.

The researchers who carried out the review said the rate of decline had showed no sign of “leveling off in recent years. The same trend was not seen in South America and Africa and Asia, although the scientists said fewer studies had been carried out there. Writing in the journal Human Reproduction update, the researchers –from Israel, US, Denmark, Brazil and Spain –said total sperm count had fallen by 59.3% between 1971 in Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, sperm concentration fell by 52.4%.

Now I would like to explain this in more detail why the trend was not there among the poor  countries  like South America, Africa and Asia as well as poor developed countries like Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, Burma and etc.  Forty years ago advanced countries they started drinking water from plastic bottles.  Westerners also started using high end machineries for ploughing and sowing seeds and finally cutting and crushing them all were done by machineries and the end product received as rice and wheat in doing so hand power got lost totally. This had plunged to low level sperm counts in many developed world.  For high production, chemicals were used as fertilizers in doubling the paddy growth as well as high growth for wheat production which they doubled it by spraying pesticides to meet the domestic consumption as well as for export orientation, over production had led developed countries to export to other rich countries plunged the above said countries to high level of infertility.

On the other hand, westerner started drinking large quantity of chilled Pepsi and Coke to quench their thirst that led to obesity. Further, the  mode of transport also had had plunged to low level in sperm counts in men by using  air conditioner most of the time had led to more obesity (BMI). Apart from these things, machinery like washing machine, grinders, refrigerator had made their life very easy by storing cooked food and heating them through micro-oven and cold water from fridge. Even this floor cleaning machine had neglected the hand work in sweeping and mopping the floor, brought up more spare time to spend took the habit of drinking alcohol in front of the TV made their life worst. All these factors had taken a toll in life had brought down this sperm count in men and infertility in women which gradually grew in the last 40 years is the cause for this 60% plunge in sperm counts in men.

In the case of poor countries they were drinking cool water from mud pot that made the men’s sperm healthy and the westerners took water from refrigerator which is bad for health.   In addition to this, it is the hard work of the poor man who used his hands to the utmost level, even to clean the mouth he/she used the plant stick and burned firewood charcoal chips or brick powder to brush the teeth that had strengthened the sperm count in men as well as fertility in women.

How to restore infertility in men and women

This I had already stated in my paper titled as “Dysfunction of the sexual arousal in Men and Women” dated 5-2-2015 can be assessed from this website

                               Why Artificial Intelligence hazardous?

It had been stated by Dr. Stephen Hawking, Scientist from U.K. as well as world leading scientists also had warned that Artificial Intelligence could bring most hazardous diseases in human through motor cells. My facts are coming true again once they neglect human work force.

Let this beauty speaks itself in life for both Men and Women.

How to prevent dementia for life long?
Sir,
I am surprise to see an article titled as “Nine lifestyle changes can cut dementia risk” appeared in ‘The Hindu’ dated 21-7-2017 stating that “One third of dementia cases can be prevented with some basic lifestyle changes and better education during childhood, a study published in The Lancet said on Thursday.
Nearly 50 million people around the world suffer from dementia and Alzheimer’s according to the latest estimates. This figure could balloon to 132 million by 2050. The nine factors that damage the brain notably include hearing loss, obesity and smoking, the study found.
“Our results suggest that around 35% of dementia is attributable to a combination of the following nine risk factors, education to a maximum of age 11-12 to a mid-life hypertension, mid-life depression, diabetes, physical inactivity, smoking, and social isolation,” the study said.
It said if people stayed in school until the age of 15, the benefits of education and socialization would help reduce the cases of dementia by 8%. Although dementia is diagnosed in later life, the brain to develop years before,” said lead author Professor Gill Livingston, from University College London.”

I would like to say that there are many more ways to prevent dementia by reading books, playing games, exercising, playing chess board, climbing trees, climbing stair case, walking, knitting sweaters and stitching clothes using peddle sewing machine as well as cross word matching. All these activities can prevent dementia from occurring. At age of 85 and above apoptosis start occurring rapidly that degenerates the brain cells dropping the voltage power in the brain is the cause for non communicable diseases which is likely to occur at the old age. This apoptosis occurring at old age can be postpones by increasing the level of oxygen through medium of light. This is possible once you increase the level of voltage in the brain that enhances the dipole dipole force which is nothing but Higgs Boson particles rendering them as candidate in carrying more oxygen in the ionize blood cells. This excess ionize oxygen is the only way to get rid of non communicable diseases including dementia form of diseases can be avoided by using my invented Medical Instrument patented in the year 1998. Thus it gives a new lease of life to go beyond 100 years by making the body and the brain fresh through this medium of light.
More can be read in my website titled as “How to eliminate Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia” which I had displayed on 15-5-2016 can be assessed from this following website

Slouching   was not adopted by pre-Historic humans

Sir,
I am surprise to see an article titled as “Why slouching may not be a bad thing” appeared in ‘The Times of India’ dated 12-7-2017 stating “Slouching, sprawling and slumping may not be so bad for us after all.
We are lead to believe from a young age that bad posture is a constant plague on the structure health of our body. But in fact, forcing yourself to symmetrically sit pinned to the desk chair may be worse.
“The assumption that we all need to be perfectly aligned is just wrong,” Jack chew, a spokes person for the Chartered Society of Physiciotherapy told “The Times’.
Contrary to popular belief “nothing about our bodies is entirely symmetrical’, Chew says. “Our organs aren’t positioned symmetrically, we each have a dominant side,” he adds.
I would like to put it in more perspective way that the physiological stress which normally arises out of sitting, standing as well as in climbing mountains. But worse thing arises from electronic devices such as Smartphone, iPod, Computer monitoring, seeing through microscope as well as Television set. While watching movies or chating through internet or any electronic devices for that matter, sitting and watching or in a lying posture on the bed, it can easily affect the brain through this focusing eyes increases the body weight is the cause for laziness that can easily lead to diabetes in some men, women and children. Basically, it is not only through eyes is mainly cause due to inefficient of the two hands not bearing weight on the hands,  prompt this non communicable diseases in human.
This was not happening in Pre-historic humans who lived beyond 3.7 million years ago they were tree climbers where they used the their hands to the utmost level that kept them away from non communicable diseases.
This slouching had started arising after the invention of the television set has taken a toll on human beings and it had become worst for young adults after using electronic devices which booming up in all countries. Certainly it will shorten their lifespan for not using the hands in bearing the weight can lead to death in no time.
Let this beauty speaks itself in life.

Foot Note :-

Catching fish is different than watching TV
Catching fish in ponds using hands very good for the eyes that can stimulates the brain cells to become active. But watching movie pictures in the TV doesn’t activate the brain.
