I am surprise see an article titled as “For Healthy
Vision” appeared in The Times of India dated 23-12-2021.
I would like to put it in a more perspective way how
to protect children and Computer operators. Basically no one gives important
for the brain functions gets affected by the vision unable to boost the oxygen
level in the ionize blood to stimulate the brain function that causes
Conjunctivitis , redness, irritation swelling watering, and watery discharge.
In addition to this eyes also cause headache, backache, stress, fatigue and
body pain operating for longer time using devices such as computer system,
e-Phone pad as well as watching video movies or any on line studies through
cell phone also affects the visual cortex in the brain region.
How to make the brain as fresh as ever?
‘You must all know brain is not a servant for you’
You all are unable to increase the level of voltage in the brain through the
medium of light is the cause for all types of syndromes from hand wrist to neck
pain if not back pain or headache. Even if you manipulate or browsing or
watching movies on the bed for longer time can affects the brain visual cortex
unable to produce enough norepinephrine chemicals where head doesn’t move while
reading or browsing on the bed.
On Line study can make children more attentive: For
this one has to remove eyes strain and the brain stress and whoever is teaching
through on Line the software on the receiving end should have two sections one
meant for reading and below section make children to read this on line display

sufficient enough to become fresh. To make the brain more fresh one has to use

This way one can easily remove stress, strain, fatigue and strain eyes and
leave no room for headache or body aches and the entire body and the brain
becomes fresh as ever.
Further, it enhances neurotrophic molecule and
norepinephrine a fundamental chemical in regulating the brain performance that
lowers risk of non communicable diseases through this medium of light.
