Sir,
     I am surprise to see an article today titled as “People who spend 5 hours/day on phone more likely to be obese” appeared in the ‘The Times of India dated 27-7-2019 stating ‘Being glued to your smartphone could trigger a heart attack, diabetes or even cancer; warns new research. A study of over 1,000 students found those who used it at least five hours a day were 43% more likely to be obese.
     They were also twice as prone to a host of habits that raise the risk of cardiovascular disease and other potentially fatal illnesses.
     Mantilla-Morron said: "Spending too much time on the smartphone facilitates sedentary behaviours, reduces time of physical activity, which increases the risk of premature death, diabetes, heart disease, types of cancer, osteoarticular discomfort and musculoskeletal symptoms.
I had been warning people not to watch movies or prone movies or reading messages using electronic gadgets including TV for long hours reduces the oxygen supply to the brain by the immobility of the hands is the main cause for non-communicable diseases. This I had already stated in many of my papers that it brings down the voltage power in the brain.
     Actually, display screen create diseases such as obese, diabetes,  dementia, heart disease, renal diseases, osteoarticular discomfort, Musculoskeletal, cancer proliferation  as well as Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.   
     These types of diseases can easily precipitate through   electronic gadgets  that increases the body mass index (BMI) eventually  decelerates the voltage power in the brain making  GDF11 inefficient and carries less oxygen in the ionize blood cells. This affects the obese people to eat more to regain the energy level. As a result of this, obese people put unnecessary weight are more prone to heart attacks.
    Regard to this I had already published many papers on electronic gadgets how it decelerates the brain power by mere looking at the display screen, it reduces the oxygen level in the brain can be assessed from this paper titled as

Sir,
   I am surprise to see an article titled as “Healthy lifestyle may offset genetic risk for Alzheimer’s” appear  in ‘The Hindu’ dated 15-7-2018 stating that “A healthy lifestyle can reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia even in the presence of genes that raises the risk for these mind-destroying diseases, says a study.
     People with high genetic risk and poor health habits were about three times more likely to develop dementia when compared to those with low genetic risk and good health, researchers reported on Sunday.
    Regardless of how much genetic risk someone has, a good diet, adequate exercise, limiting alcohol and not smoking made dementia less likely.”
      I would like to put it in a more perspective way “Why Alzheimer’s disease sets in elderly people as one gets older brain’s oxygen level drops in the brain resulting in voltage drop in the brain cells. This low voltage in the brain starts degenerating the neurons are the main cause for many non-communicable diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease as well as diabetes of type-1 and type-2, that can even leads to cardiovascular diseases or renal diseases or brain stroke. Further this voltage drop in the brain weakens the signal to P53 gene as a result of this even young people are not spared from this cancer, it starts proliferating the cancer cells when other parameters are healthy. As one grows more old even viruses penetrates the body by this weakening of the immune system that is also directly related to the voltage drop in the brain. Ultimately, resulting in degeneration of the brain cells which is caused by low oxygen level in the brain leads to Alzheimer’s disease in many old people. 
    This is purely due to lack of oxygen decreases the voltage power in the brain whereas healthy lifestyle habits that can keeps pace with exercise stimulate the motor cells does the work of carrying oxygen in a small way. This patented Medical Instrument pave way for extra voltage in the brain is achievable through photon transfer of electrons it enhances the dipole dipole force which is nothing but Higgs Boson Particle carries more oxygen in them. This way it is possible to prevent Alzheimer’s disease in old age people.

Sir,
     I am surprise to see an article titled as “Low vitamin D at birth ups risk of high BP in children” appeared in ‘The Times of India’ dated 3-7-2019 stating that “People with vitamin D deficiency from birth to early childhood are at an increased risk of elevated systolic blood pressure, a study has found. Systolic refers to the first or top number in a blood pressure reading. It indicates how much pressure your blood is exerting against your artery walls when your heart beats. High systolic blood pressure reading increases the risk of cardiovascular disease even when diastolic blood pressure, the second number in a blood pressure reading, is controlled.”
      Now, this above article makes it more prominent that light is very much essential to avoid this elevated systolic blood pressure in men and women. Actually it is the mother during pregnancy time (gestational period) makes the body more sluggish without giving more work for the two hands naturally it affects some children after giving birth. This systolic blood pressure risk likely to start from fetus growth and the pregnant women starts watching TV on a routine basis. During this gestational period by watching TV for a longer time GDF11 blood cells become less oxygenated that feeds through fetal tube create this systolic blood pressure in some young children after birth.
                        How to avoid high systolic blood pressure?
     First and far most  every pregnant woman should  avoid using electronic gadgets such as TV, iPod, Smartphones even watching You-Tube or reading messages from Internet that lowers the oxygen level in the blood cells by the inactive of the motor cells affect all GDF11 reduces the oxygen level in the blood cells mainly caused by the inactive of the hands. So, mother is the creator for such diseases occurring in children.
      The best way to tackle such diseases such as ‘High systolic blood pressure, Hole in the heart, diabetes of type-1 and type-2,  cardiovascular diseases, cancer, renal diseases can be arrested once they increase the level of voltage in the brain through the medium of light. This increase voltage in the brain enhances the dipole dipole force which is nothing but Higgs Boson Particle strengthens all the ionize blood cells of GDF11 to carry more oxygen in them that enhance the fetus growth through the fetal tube.
     Even today’s article titled as “Sitting while watching TV linked to higher risk of heart attack: Study” appeared in ‘The Times of India’ dated 5-7-2019 stating that “Sitting for longer hours at work may not be as bad for the heart as sitting while watching television, a study claims. The study, led by researchers at Columbia University in the US, found that leisure time sitting (while watching TV) was associated with greater risk of heart disease and death. The research, published in the Journal of the American heart Association, also found that moderate to vigorous exercise may reduce or eliminate that harmful effects of sedentary television watching.
      My sincere appeal to all pregnant women should not watch any electronic gadgets during gestational period to avoid diseases in the future for the new born babies.

Surprise to see an article titled as “Longer work hours may raise stroke risk: Study” appeared in ‘The Times of India’ dated 22-6-2019 stating that “People who work for more than 10 hours a day may have a significant risk of stroke, a study says. Researchers reviewed data from a French population-based study group started in 2012, on 1,43,592 participants.
    Long work hours were defined as working more than 10 hours for at least 50 days per year. “The association between 10 years of long work hours and stroke seemed stronger for people under the age of 50,” said Alexis Descatha, a researcher at Paris Hospital and Angers University.
 
I would like to put it in a more perspective way people who are tend to work more than 10 hours a day can easily avoid any heart diseases provided they use my Medical Instrument that supplies excess oxygen for the brain through the medium of light.
