Night
shifts people can easily avoid any DNA damages
Sir,
I
surprise to see an article titled as “Night shifts hamper DNA repair” appeared
in ‘The Times of India dated 28-6-2017 stating that Working night shifts may
hinder the body’s ability to repair DNA damage caused by normal cellular
processes, scientists warn. Researchers, including from Duke University, US,
had previously had found that day sleep was associated with lower levels in
urine of a chemical by-product of active DNA tissue repair called 8-OH-dG than
night sleep – potentially indicating reduced capacity to repair cellular
damage.
I would like to explain this DNA damage why
it occurs in some night shift office goers? It is basically caused by less
oxygen in the brain when one is seated for a long time easily it affects the circadian
clock that provokes DNA damage. This DNA damage can be easily avoided once you
increase the level of voltage in the brain through the medium of light that
enhances the dipole dipole force which is nothing but Higgs boson particle
rendering them as candidate in carrying more oxygen in the ionize blood cells. This excess oxygen
increases the voltage power in the brain that rectifies the defective DNAs
through the medium of light. Same thing I had already published in my paper
called “Virtually two aspects are working in the same way” dated 22-11-2013 can
be assessed from the following Website
Another paper called “How to expand our
lifespan by sitting? Also can be assessed from this website
In addition to this another paper called “How to make people to work
long without causing backache? Also can be assessed from this Website
Apart from this I published another
paper titled as “Sitting is the main cause for health hazard: Researchers” is
also being explained in this website
Let this beauty speaks itself in life.
