What makes creative people more trouble in sleeping?
Sir,
I am surprise to see an article titled as “Creative people have more trouble sleeping” appeared in ‘The Times of India’ dated 31-1-2017 stating “Creative people –especially those working with art tend to have disturbed sleep causing them to experience difficulty in functioning during the day time, a new study has found. It also found that verbally creative people tend to go to bed and wake up later than others, although they sleep for more number of hours.
“Visually creative people reported disturbed sleep leading to difficulties in daytime functioning,” said Neta Ram Vlasov from the University of Haifa in Israel.”
I would like to comment on this above article ‘why night sleep is disturbing for visual creative people and not in the case of verbally creative people. This is because their hand is literally extended for artistic work which is cause by the physical stress of the hands depriving the oxygen supply that lessens the charging rate in the brain. This less oxygen supply in the brain generally affects the night sleep. But for verbally creative people this thing won’t happen as their hands are not extended at the focusing point and it gives more oxygen supply for the brain cells eventually lead to good sleep.
This visual creative people are in close proximity of the drawing board not aware about the physical stress of the hand by lifting it up. (whereas by holding the driving wheel one can easily fall asleep just viewing long distance) But without catching or holding anything directly affects the spinal cord giving less oxygen for the brain leads to insufficient sleep. In order to compensate this it releases cortisol and epinephrine hormones causing life style diseases in visual creative people.
In addition to this, Corticotrophin Releasing Hormone in turn it affects the protein production called as secretagogin. Once you increase the level of voltage in the brain these hormones become non disruptive receptors in the blood stream. This excess voltage enhances the dipole dipole force that strengthens all the ionize blood cells to carry more oxygen in them. Further, this dipole dipole force also helps in the conduction of converting non-electrical signals into electrical ones in the synapses between the two-nerve cells. It generates energy and stores them in mitochondrial cells. By adapting to such mechanism there’s no side effect to cause any diseases like night disturbing sleep. This I had analyzed about eighteen years ago with my invented Medical Instrument patented in the year 1998. By working on this system, it generate more energy for the body through photon transfer of electrons eliminate headaches, body aches, back ache and eyes strain in a matter of minutes. Thus it makes the body and the brain as fresh as ever and produces good night sleep.
