Sir,
    I am surprise to see an article today titled “Neurodegeneration to Neuroregeneration: Exercise helps!” appeared in ‘The Times of India dated 07-10-2018 stating that Over the last 30 years, the longevity of Indians, on average, has shot up remarkably, it was 41 years in the year 1960 and risen to 68 years of age in 2015, while people live longer, age-related problems –both physical and mental –have become important issues to worry about and found solutions to. Progressive loss of Memory and reduction in cognitive ability, together clubbed as dementia, has risen. It has been estimated that 4 million Indians suffer from some form of dementia. While Alzheimer’s disease is one such neural disorder (1.6 million of the 4 million), there are other disorders contributing to dementia too.

    As we grow older, our brains change. The neural cells in the hippocampus, the part associated with learning, acquiring and maintaining memory, are damaged. If one

were to find means of protecting this part of the brain and find ways to regenerate these neural cells, It should be possible to overcome and win over this problem and regain cognitive normalcy.’
     I would like to put it in a more perspective way that ‘most people are not doing the right way of exercising whereas light plays a vital role by combining carbon dioxide with water. By combining these two molecules with the help of hemoglobin - Brain produces its own glucose through the medium of light just like plants produces it own carbohydrates through photosynthesis. This pure food of glucose penetrate the Blood Brain Barrier helps the brain to increase the level of voltage in the brain by enhancing the dipole dipole force that prevent most of the non communicable diseases such as diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, arrhythemia, arteriosclerosis, renal diseases, eye disease, headache, body aches, artheritis, and all types of cancer  including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease as well as dementia sort of diseases can be easily postponed beyond nineties.
                              How to make exercise easier in life
      After the invention of my Medical Instrument patented in the year 1998 can make the body light by sliming the forearms, thighs and calf muscles that makes the bowel area comparatively smaller. By sliming them trim it make the body strong and light that leads to aerobic sort of life running on staircase even at the age of 70s and 80s. Still I have the same instinct to run on the stair case right through my life. This instinct of running never makes me to walk on the staircase.

      Another statement I had conveyed how to regenerate neurons through watering the plants helps Adult Hippocampal Neurogenesis (AHN) to create new neurons by stimulating the hippocampus through simple procedure stated below
        Nothing like carrying water by hand is a very good exercise for the brain in watering the plants & trees which is better than jogging
