Why Drugs and Vitamins become worst for humans?
Once again my dreams are coming true

Sir,
I am surprise to see an article titled as “Calcium supplements bad for heart” appeared in ‘The Times of India dated 13-10-2016 stating Taking calcium in the form of supplements may raise the risk of heart damage and plaque build up in arteries, a new study has claimed. A diet high in calcium-rich foods, however,, is safe and would not affect the heart, it said.
After analyzing 10 years of medical tests on more than 2700 people, researchers at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in the US, said the results add to growing scientific concerns about the potential harms of supplement.
“Our study adds to the body of evidence that excess calcium in the form of supplements may harm the heart and vascular system,” said Erin Michos, from Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Previous studies have shown that “ingested calcium supplements –particularly in older people –do not make it to the skeleton or get completely excreted in the urine, so they must be accumulating in the body’s soft tissues,” said nutritionist John Anderson from University of North Carolina in the US.
Here I would like to say something more about drugs and vitamins are not helping a great deal in strengthening the old age people in spite of taking the medicine. This is because medicines being analyzed through trial and error basis by giving them to rats and gunny pigs. Actually these medicines act as a temporal relief for old age people. In real time it will not solve the problem in them. Because they had tried it out only in four leg limbs animals and not in human. This way of trial error basis medicines will not work in human.

What is the best way of gaining strength for the old age people?

To keep the body hale and healthy one has to do mild exercise such as carrying small amount of water to water the plants or mild physical exercise like Yoga and breathing exercise or washing clothes with their hands or stitching clothes with their hands or knitting sweaters by hands. All these hands work helps a great deal for both men and women. To make one self slim cut the night dinner to 150 -200 grams and take a fruit like banana or an apple or any other fruits that can cut stomach filling. Especially for women after fifties must sit on the floor at least twelve times a day and getting up also make it twelve times a day is a very good exercise. Using the hands certainly makes the body stronger. By sitting and getting up automatically makes head to bow or go down than the heart level gives more blood for the head region is the only way to keep the body fit. This way one can avoid taking medicine even at the age of 90s. Further every woman has to walk minimum 2 kilometers and for a man has to walk minimum 3 kilometers a day and one has to lessen his/her sugar once they cross the age of 75 can lead a healthy life all along.

How to reach 110 to 115 years of age

At young age one should involve in games like football or cricket or marble games by bending the middle finger or forefinger by using the legs as a sitting posture bearing the whole weight on two legs with a thumb grounded and the other hand with three finger holding the marble on the middle finger and the grounded thumb and the flexible middle finger throws the marble with precision it hits other marble is a very good exercise for youngsters. And for girls in India especially the Hindu religion normally draw kollam (Tamil terminology for Kollam design) with rice powder of different colours they sit on two legs bearing the weight on the bended knees and use the hand in drawing the Kollum. Actually they are great in drawing big designs during festival time like Ponngal that normally falls on 15th of January every year. These type of work with the hand helps a great deal for both girls and boys. Apart from these activities, one thing we have not taken keen interest in climbing coconut trees or iron post is a very big drawback that can provoke diseases like metal illness or depression in human. Our generation has failed to use the four limb action in carrying his/her own body weight while climbing trees or iron post. Whereas prehistoric humans used this four limb action for their survival purpose in climbing trees that had avoided most of the non communicable disease for those prehistoric men and women.
Most of the time sitting causes diseases in human which may start as early as sixties sometime after seventies and death is certain either in 80s or 90s. To avoid such deaths in 80s and 90s one has to use my invented Medical Instrument that can boost the energy for the genes through this photon transfer of electrons avoid most of the non communicable diseases which is a very great leap for mankind. Thus by converting light into energy it helps human to live beyond 110 years.
Let this beauty speaks itself in life.

Brain Research Work
Foot Note:- After giving my version in my Face Book the next day I find a news article titled as “Human ancestor ‘Lucy’ could climb trees: Study” appeared in The Times of India dated 2-12-2016 I have not gone wrong in any of my inventions. Now read this paper on “How Human evolution had taken place on Earth –Part-I and Part-II that our generation had failed to use the four limb action in carrying his/her own body weight is the cause for non communicable diseases. And we are not adopting this kind physical exercise that causes diseases largely in humans. More details are given in my blog website titled as “Secrets of the Brain unraveled”. Now it can be asses from the following websites
