I am surprise to see two recent articles titled as “Triple whammy: How unchecked diabetes harms your heart, Kidney”appeared in The times of India dated 13-11-2024. Another article titled as“Celebrity deaths trigger increase in cardiac CT scans among young adults” appeared in The Times of India” dated 30-12-2024, is very alarming to read the two articles appeared in the News papers. ·

Over time, evaluates blood sugar narrows and stiffens blood vessels. This means the heart has to work harder and leads to high BP, High BP triggers inflammation which, when combined with insulin resistance, drives up the levels of Triglycerides and LDL Cholesterol, which contribute to a building of plaque in blood vessels. Eventually,the plaque can rupture and cause a heart attack or a stroke ·

Even in this article says “Celebrity Deaths trigger increase in cardiac CT scans among young adults (Avoid Multiple scans, Limit Radiation)"

I had already published in my website- How to tackle such diseases by just increasing the level of voltage in the brain through the medium of photon transfer of electrons strengthen all blood cells to carry more oxygen in their blood cells can avoid this triad like heart attacks, kidney diseases and also metabolic like issues that can be tackled by giving more freshness to the body through the medium of light. Does Ambedkar Ideology is good for 15% of people rest becomes labourers even this 15% educated people has to pay bribe to get a good job. These things don’t happen in Australia or Malaysia or Singapore not even in Sri Lanka, it is only India more bribery take place almost in every department and rest 85% become laborers and they seemed to slog more because our population is such and some becomes more poorer.

Since my father S.C.C. Anthoni Pillai veracious reader who studied in London and became a veteran trade union leader who fought against British Imperialism for the down trodden labourers and was jailed for three years in India.

British Imperialism took a stand to give ten countries to S.C.C. Anthoni Pillai had invoked more challenges to conduct strike for the cause of hard workers like Tribal people as well as schedule caste who were real hard workers understood in real time by British empire and there no caste division among the workers, any person can become a worker. The trust gives the privilege for any men and women unable to cope up with studies they should be protected by this trust. In the process of conducting strike mishaps happened where nine port trust workers died in a strike in Madras, basically S.C.C. Anthoni Pillai intention to uplift the down trodden workers even against British Imperialism he conducted 100 days strike later British agreed to give five countries including India. India purely belongs to labourers under British Agreement who said 85% were labourers then only democracy could prevail for all casts to build a strong India came under father’s trust only to avoid any discrimination against casts wise. Thereafter he was the only person in the world had 179 unions in India and he named six ports as “Port Trust” habours in India. Further he personally visited some International ports and the same was introduced in Indian Ports, these containers to carry goods in the shipping transport system other ports like Bombay Port Trust were reluctant in the beginning to induct containers because he was a veteran trade union leader managed to induct six having the name as “Port Trust” Harbour and one in Kandla Port in Gujarat for all major ports in India goods to be carried in container system.

Further my father S.C.C. Anthoni Pillai insisted Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi to nationalize all fourteen banks during emergency time because he was not only a union leader but also an adviser to most bankers and obliged the bankers to agree for nationalization to avoid bankruptcy.

All these Electrol Bonds adopted by union government no other way the Corporate companies & allowing lottery schemes legally hike up the prices every year makes the people poorer and poorer including bribery level in all fields and wars too hike up the prices thereby it adversely effects our economy is the cause for inflation in India.

     Sir,

     I am surprise to see two articles tiled as “Working at dead of night? be” another article tiled as “Disrupted sleep makes people vulnerable to have Cognitive problems in later years”  articles appeared in ‘The Times of India dated 18-5-2024 another article dated 29-2-2024 respectively. Both of these articles affect circadian clock that deprives the cellular activity in the body leads to DNA damage, because of poor sleep even for those disrupted sleep leads to cognitive problems in the middle age or early stage of life. Thus lessening melatonin secretion is the cause for such diseases in both cases.

      I would like to put it in a more perspective way since our body contains 95% of water and with the help of light, one can increase the level of voltage in the brain through photon transfer of electrons that coverts dead cells into carbohydrates into glucose. In the process it helps the cortisol to secrete and increase cellular activity keeps the Leptin and Ghrelin under control. Thus increases metabolism activity by the conversion of dead cell keep the body and the brain as fresh as ever even at late hours. This is the secret of the dead cells makes the body hale and healthy with the release of insulin, a hormone that controls the blood sugar level. So much so, no obesity can be created out of dead cells. And thereafter circadian rhythm plays its part after working long hours.

      My personal advice to all not to take undue advantage of the situation by working long hours on my invented Medical Instrument patented in the year 1998.

 

     Ensure to walk 2 or 3 km almost every day in the morning to make your legs strong.
