 Sir,

I am surprise to see an article titled as “GLP-ersonality: When weight loss drugs weigh on behaviour” appeared in the Times of India dated 6-5-2026 regard to obesity, dopamine as well as mental health can be easily controlled by photon transfer of electrons with my invented Medical Instrument patented in the year 1998 that boost the energy level in the brain makes the body and the brain as fresh as ever.

What causes the brain to become fresh:- Basically it is the photon transfer of electrons bound to reuse these dead cells occurring in the body convert them into carbohydrate into glucose whereas dead cells won’t create obesity, Since the body is so fresh, intake of  food becomes less and  the obesity gradualy get lessen through this photon transfer of electrons that takes away the physiological stress in the body.

Whereas this above news article says doctors to be caucious in treating the patients with GLP-1 drugs by looking the condition of the patient’s behaviour given as follow

“Obesity, anxiety and low mood often coexist. Each can influence the other. It becomes a chicken-and-egg question – what leads to what is not always clear.

A June 2024 study published in innovations in clinical Neuroscience reported a case where a 54-year-old women with diabetes and a history of depression had been given semaglutide once a week. After a month, she showed irritability, aniety, and a loss of interest in activities she used to enjoy. When it began to interfer with daily life, she was taken off the drug. Her mood improved and over the next few weeks she began feeling like herself again. The researchers couldn’t pin point whether her symptoms were owing to “pre-existing susceptibility” or “Triggered by primary effects on mood by semaglutide. They concluded that while prescribe GLP-1 Drugs, doctors should keep in mind the potential risk of negative mood changes and monitor patients closely

Dr Sagar insists that all patients for mood or behavioural changes, especially those with prior psychiatric illness or body image concerns. Psychiaric referal is needed if there are suicidal thoughts, worsening depression, social withdrawal or major behavioural changes,” he says”.

These medicines should be served for patients with clear medical need – such as obesity linked to diabetes hypertension or heart disease – and not for cosmetic weight loss. Lifestyle measures, especially regular physical activity, remain essential.

I would like to put it in a more perspective way regard to behavioural changes likely to happen while watching movie pictures continueously  through smart phones or reading or scrolling the messages leads to physiological stress deprives the voltage power in the brain. In the process it stimulates dopamine pathway making the body to eat more for want of energy leads to obesity is the cause for all kinds of non- communicable diseases.
