Sir,
     I would like to combine two articles to bring a solution to prevent gastric ulcer forming in the stomach. This article also states mitochondrial cells are affected in the stomach out of stress cause by the gene in the brain leads to Gastric Ulcer- Article titled as    IICB uncovers molecular mechanism of stress-induced gastric ulcer appeared in a popular news paper called ‘The Hindu’ dated 7-1-2019 purely states thatResearchers at Kolkata’s CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (CSIR-IICB) have for the first time identified the molecule mechanism by which acute mental stress affects the stomach causing gastric ulcer or stress-related mucosal disease, Using or stress-related mucosal disease. Using a rat model subjected to cold-restrained stress, the research team led by Udy Bandyopadhyay from the division of infectious Diseases and immunology at IICB has used drug that can act specifically on mitochondria present in the stomach to prevent gastric ulcer caused by stress.
Second article about the gene titled as Scientists discovered the “depression geneappeared in ‘Deccan Chronicle’ dated 8-7-2017 also states thatResearchers have identified a gene that plays a central role in amplifying or reducing stress, depending on its level of activity, to treat depression.
      The study, published in the Journal of Neuroscience, is the first to illuminate in details how the gene, known as Slc6a15, works in a kind of neuron that plays a key role in depression. It found the link in both animals and humans.
      “This study really shines a light on how levels of this gene in these neurons affects mood.” Said Mary Kay Lob, an assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in the US.
       “It suggests that people with altered levels of this gene in certain brain regions may have a much higher risk for depression and other emotional disorders related to stress.”
     Dr Lobo first noticed the gene during her PhD in 2006, and saw that it was more common among certain neurons in the brain’s ‘reward circuit’, which releases a rush of dopamine during sex, drinking alcohol, taking drugs or eating good food. The team found they could trigger depression in mice, or make them more resilient, simply by altering the levels of this gene’s expression in the brain.

    I would like to put it in more perspective way ‘how to prevent this gastric ulcer from occurring’. This is possible once you increase the level of voltage in the brain that enhances the dipole dipole force which is nothing but Higgs Boson particles rendering them as candidate in carrying more oxygen in the ionize blood cells.

    This excess energy created by the brain through the medium of light stores these energies in the mitochondrial organelles especially in the stomach region, while sitting and working on the invented Medical Instrument patented in the year 1998. In the process these mitochondrial organelles increase the ATP production and proliferate gastric mucosal lining of the stomach that prevents the gastric ulcer from occurring.

   Thus, it not only eliminates stress, strain, fatigue, eyes strain but also prevents gastric ulcer through this excess energy provided by mitochondrial organelles.

Sir,
    I am surprise to see an article today titled as “Night-shifters, your DNA could be at risk” appeared in ‘The Times of India’ dated 28-1-2019 stating Working night shifts can damage a person DNA, increasing the risk of cancer as well as cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurodegenerative diseases, a study has found.

I would like to put it in a more perspective way for night-shifters that they generally affect the circadian clock in the process it lowers the voltage power in the brain is the cause for such diseases like cancer, cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurodegenerative diseases. Further, this circadian clock deprives the cellular activity in the body leads to DNA damage, thus lessening melatonin secretion is the cause for such diseases for night-shifters.

Now, also refer another article titled as “Night owls are at a higher risk of dying young than early birds appeared in ‘The Times of India’ dated 15-4-2018. This article can be assessed from Internet.

 Sir,
      I am surprise to see an article today titled as “Fasting may help keep age-related diseases at bay” appeared in a popular news paper called ‘The Hindu’ dated 17-1-2019 stating that “Fasting can boost the body’s metabolism and help protect against age-related diseases, a study has found.
      The circadian clock operates within the body and its organs as intrinsic time-keeping machinery to preserve homeostasis in response to the changing environment.
      While food is known to influence clocks in peripheral tissues, it was unclear, until now, how the lack of food influences clock function and ultimately affects the body.

I would like to put it in a more perspective way how fasting helps the mice in controlling age-related diseases through cellular response where it creates its own glucose. This is achievable only through four limb action can reduce age-related diseases. Same thing can be done in human too because Brain itself is a manufacturing unit as in biochemistry. Whereas in chemistry they prepare their residues from glycoconjugates and glycosides by employing the elements such as carbon, nitrogen, sulphur, phosphorus and etc in the anomeric of substitution of ring oxygen. But in the brain it does differently by absorbing carbon dioxide and water during cell division produces its own glucose under molecular dynamic stimulation hydrogenated by the cells and they are more refined in nature when initiated through receptors with the help of light. And in the process these receptors enhances the oxygen supply to the blood that prevent most of the age-related diseases just like plant do it through photosynthesis produces its own carbohydrate and leaves out oxygen to the air.
       I am able to achieve this while working on my Computer Medical Instrument patented in the year 1998 produces its own glucose through the medium of light makes my body as fresh as ever, even if I don’t eat for 12 hours. This way it literally makes me to eat less like the normal days because my body is fresh.
