Sir,
I am surprise to see an article titled as High-fibre food reduces stress appeared in the The Times of India dated 2-8-2018 stating Eating of high fibre food such as vegetable may help fight stress related disorders such as anxiety, depression and irritable bowel syndrome, a study has found. Bacteria in the gut produce short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which are the main source of nutrition for cells in this region of the body. Foods such as grains, Legumes and vegetable contain high level of fibres and will stimulate the production of these SCFAs, Scientists at University College Cork and Teagasc Food Research Centre in Ireland found that there was decreased levels of stress and anxiety-like behavior when SCFAs were introduced. Moreover, stress experienced over a prolonged period of time can affect the bowel by making the barrier between the inside of the gut and the rest of the body less effective.
Regard to this I had written a thesis on meat product involuntarily it increases the Body Mass Index (BMI) such as hands in the upper arms and fore arms regions and so are thys and calf muscles of the legs including bone weights. As a result of this BMI increases the buttocks circumference. In order to meet these requirements it automatically increases the bowel area that causes stress related disorders such as anxiety, depression and irritable bowel syndrome which is likely to affect the Short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). Ultimately it leads to fatty sperm through meat products.
More details are published in my Blog website titled as “Global warning to all meat eaters!” can be assessed from the following website

Sir,
I am surprise to see an article today titled as “Omega-3 no protection against heart attack” appeared in a popular news paper called ‘The Times of India’ dated 19-7-2018 stating that Omega-3 fish oil supplements taken by millions of people worldwide to keep their heart and brain healthy won’t help you live longer and may even lower levels of protective cholesterol, a major review has found. A review by a UK-based nonprofit Cochrane Library evaluating 79 of the best conducted experiments on omega-3 supplements’ health benefits found they make “little or no have difference” to premature deaths. The report did not have enough evidence to look at whether oily fish itself was beneficial but the omega-3 fats they contain, when taken as a supplement like cod liver oil, had no benefits.

I would like to put it in a more perspective wayWhy omega-3 is not helpful in protecting heart attacks’ caused by high level of fatty particles in the blood called lipoprotein (a) (so called bad cholesterol) can easily lead to heart attack. People having lp(a) levels between 150 and 300 are likely to have cardiac arrest or stroke. This low density lipoprotein cholesterol can be easily avoided through this photon transfer of electrons increase the voltage in the brain that enhances the dipole dipole force which is nothing but Higgs bosom particle strengthening all the ionize blood cells to carry more oxygen in them. And with this excess voltage in the brain able to remove all unwanted fatty particles in the blood that gets discharge  through this newly grown scrotum tissues and the sticky substance totally gets deposited on the scrotum surface. This way it is possible to avoid any heart attack or stroke through the medium of light. Same thing I had already stated in my website titled as “Light helps me to create this invisible growth acts as an excreta” dated 26-1-2013. Now this can be assessed from the following website.

I also published another paper titled as Goodbye to heart attack” dated 26-7-2015. Same can be assessed from this website

Let this beauty speak itself in life.
