Sir,
I am surprise to see an article today titled
as ‘Regular naps and high blood pressure may be
interlinked’ appeared in The Times of India dated 03-8-2022 stating that
According to a new research napping frequently is
linked to increased risks for high Blood pressure and stroke . Researchers used
information from UK Biobank, a biomedical database containing anonymised
genetic, life style and health information from
half a million UK participants. They recruited more than 5,00000 participants
because the age of 40 and 68 who lived in the UK between 2006 and 2010.
Here, I would like put it in a more
perspective way how to get-rid of napping in the afternoon by increasing the
level of voltage in the brain through medium of light. This way one can make
the body and the brain as fresh as ever and there’s no chance of falling asleep
in the afternoon.
I
have taken my Medical test recently on 18-7-2022 that all my parameters are
normal even after five years of gap giving same valuation in my Medical Report
at the age of 74.
Many
people are very cautious in eating spicy food, butter, eggs, oil foods and meat
including fruits. Whereas I can eat
anything except beef and nothing harms my body unless I walk 3 kms a day and
two hours of working on my Invented Medical Instrument keeps my body physically
fit and fresh.
People are not giving importance for their brain is the cause for non
communicable diseases that leads to more complication in the late stage of
life.
