I am surprise see an article titled as “How
to sit at your desk
correctly” appeared in ‘the Times of India dated 10-7-2022 stating Whether it’s
entertainment or work of people find
themselves spending hours in from of a computer is true given as follow
Ergonomic chair : It’s important that your back is supported, so make sure
that your chair is adjusted correctly. Adjust the height5 such that your hips
are slightly higher than your knees.
Computer screen : The screen should be one outstretched arm away, and the top
of the screen should be at eye level. You need
a stand or a few books to raise the monitor if this isn’t the case.
Glasses : If
you wear glasses as bifocus might make youy head up and down repeatedly.
Walk around : It’s very important to take time
away from your computer regularly. Stand
up every hour and walk around for a couple of minutes.
But I would like
to comment the last statement “Walk around” not necessary at all, after I had
invented the Medical Instrument patented in the 1998. This patented instrument
helps a great deal that increases the level of voltage in the brain by
absorbing light strengthen all ionize blood cells to carry more oxygen in them,
thus it makes the body and the brain as fresh as ever. This way it doesn’t
cause any stress or strain or body aches or eyes strain or headache in spite of
working long hours on the computer system.
I published a paper titled as “Sitting long hours on chair causes non
communicable diseases” can be assessed from this website

Let us all fight
against the ‘Global Warming’ that can kill more people than any war.
