How to avoid elderly sickness?

Sir,
I am surprise to see an article titled
as “Why there is no need to offer seat to aged”
appeared in ‘The Times of India’ dated 21-10-2017 has now revealed some facts
stating “You may think that
offering your seat on public transport to some one elderly is a considerate
thing to do, but experts say doing so could actually hamper their health. As
they age.
In fact, old people should be encouraged
from taking it easy in order to keep themselves fit, an Oxford professor claims
Muir Gray, clinical adviser to Public Health England, has spoken out to say the
elderly should to walk for 10 minutes a day and relatives should encourage them
to take the stairs instead of a lift or escalator.
I had stated in many of my website that
sitting causes diseases in human before I could invent my Medical Instrument
patented in the year 1998. Thereafter I started working on this Medical
Instrument gave excess energy for the brain through the medium of light. By
regular working on my system over a period of two years it made my upper arm
and lower arm moderately slim and so are my legs too but they are strong enough
to lift my body weight weighing 68 kilos above the ground level ten times
during my Yoga exercise, this Yoga I’m doing three times a week even at the age
of 70yrs.
Once the body becomes slim elderly people can sit easily on the floor
ten times a day and subsequently stand up using the hands and legs makes the
motor cells to become more active which is essential to make the body flexible.
How to make elderly people
strong enough
My
sincere appeal for elderly people not to sit longer hours on any chair can easily
harm their health that slacken the brain’s robust activity is the cause for
early death. Only way to make the brain healthy is to carry 8 litres of water
by hand while watering the plants and trees on routine basis gives more oxygen
for the brain and a small amount of
walking makes oneself fit up to 75 to
80yrs. But this alone is not sufficient
to go beyond 80yrs unless elderly people use my invented Medical Instrument to
convert light into energy helps brain to a great deal if they start working 1 to 2 hours using the hands movement on the
Instrument panel board pave way for a healthy life without any sort of ailments to go beyond 100 yrs. In the process it rectifies the defective
genes through the medium of light and memory become more effective even at the
age of 90s. Thus it gives a moral boost for the elderly people to live longer.
