My tribute to Lata Mangeshkar who sang thirty
thousand songs
She was virtually a legend of India, here I would like to quote her
emotional song she sang on the Republic Day in Delhi 26th January 1963, two
months after 1962’s Sino-India War. Prime Minister Nehru walked to her to greet
her she saw tears literally in Nehru’s eyes such was the song she sang for this nation.
I was having flue for last four days I accidently saw it on TV Lata Mangeshkar’s last journey that took place in the evening on 6-2-2022 I saw the entire journey where our Prime Minister Narendra Modi joins last rites of Lata Mangeshkar were performed on Monday.
I deeply moved by her songs on You Tube I even sang her song on stage 'Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai' with English lyrics It's a special tribute to Lata Mangeshkar that led me to compose the four lines but I am yet to write eight more lines once I get alright I’ll complete this song.

Everybody get enticed when you listen to her songs more can be read from the Internet. How she struggle at the age of thirteen her voice was so sweetly blend as a playback singer and became a Nightingale. It has come out in all News papers in India as follow

narrative, died on Sunday morning. She was 92. Mangeshkar was admitted to

that brought them closer. One was during the 1971 war when Rehman, as

concert.
