Sir,
I am surprise to see an article titled
as “How to train your brain” appeared in
‘The Times of India dated 16-6-2019 the
sub-heading stated as ‘A tech millionaire shares 10
ways to turbocharge energy, focus and fitness’ that the ten points given
is vital for healthy life.
In this aspect, I would like to add four more tips are important for the
expansion of life to go beyond 100 years is given below
There’s no stress or strain or fatigue or sweat by doing so
·
Riding a bicycle having two smaller wheels not more than one
foot in diameter with high end handle
bars with the seat keeping in pace along with the handle bar and the flywheel
is attached to the electric motor. Now try to balance without pedaling is a
very good exercise for the brain. This type of a bicycle my friend manufactured
and he asked me to ride it. By riding the bicycle I found the balancing power
more with the brain which seemed to be a very good exercise for the brain. This
is very useful for elderly people to keep the brain cells very active. This
balancing power is vibrant for the expansion of life.
·
Secondly, people should never walk on the staircase keep running
is very good for the heart and the brain.
·
Thirdly, climbing coconut trees with four limb action with close
proximity of the eyes kept the pre-historic people in avoiding non communicable
diseases and their head became big compared to modern man’s brain.
·
Fourthly, my invented Medical Instrument patented in the year
1998 with help of light it increases the level of voltage in the brain that
enhances the dipole dipole force which is nothing but Higgs Boson particle rendering as candidate in strengthening the
ionize blood cells to carry more oxygen in them. This excess oxygen in the
blood cells makes the body and the brain more energetic. Thus, it makes the
body and the brain as fresh as ever.
Let this beauty speaks itself in life.
