Sub: Exercise plays a
vital role in enhancing DNA changes
especially the hands play a bigger role for
pregnant women
Sir,
I am surprise
to see two articles one being titled as “In a first, UK frames rules for
3-parent child” dated 19-12-2014 and the other article titled as “Exercise
Changes DNA, shows study” dated 21-12-2014 both had appeared in The Times of India respectively. First article
states ‘Britain has announced a series of laws –the first of its kind in the
world –which will concern babies being born with three genetic parents in the
UK with regard to serious mitochondrial DNA disorder. And the second article
states ‘We know that exercise can make us fitter and reduce our risk for
illnesses such as diabetes and heart disease and other kinds of ailments. But
just how a run or a bike ride might translate into a healthier life has
remained baffling. Now new research reports that the answer may lie, in part,
in our DNA. According to a new study, exercise changes the shape and
functioning of our genes, an important stop on the way to improve health and
fitness.
Here,
scientists are yet to understand the basic cause of diseases in the DNA and why
exercise helps them to a great extent.
While doing physical exercises or Yoga practice related to the body and
the brain. It’s all triggered by the strength of the hands including the legs
strength in raising the flat body above the ground. This force of strengthen is
called mythylation it activates the
motor cells through Dipole Dipole Force which is nothing but Higgs Boson
particle makes the blood cells to carry more oxygen in them. This excess ionize
oxygen blood stimulate the brain cells rapidly and strengthens the voltage
power in the brain by converting non electrical signals into electrical ones
between the two nerve cells helps in a small way. In the process it rectifies some of
the DNAs’ disorders. Even meditation
with straight sitting posture perpendicular to the floor, it boosts the energy
for the brain cells through its focusing eyes with the help of light. To
enhance all these activities walking is a must, which should not be stopped on
any account in order to regain the body and the brain energy (one has to walk
minimum 3 to 4 kilometers a day). So these are the ones that make the brain
more robust in its activity in rectifying the defects in the DNAs. Refer my

the above two news articles, it is quite interesting to know that they are
inter-related to one another which I had already specified in my paper and same being

How to prevent stroke in the brain?
My dreams are coming true again as per this article
titled as “Gene that helps prevent stroke found” appeared in The Times of India
dated 26-11-2014 which is similar to the one I discovered long back after the
invention of my Medical Instrument. This Medical Instrument removes headache,
body aches and back ache and eye strain in a matter of minutes with the help of
light. Further, this photon transfer of electrons stimulates this particular
gene called PHACTRI which causes cervical artery dissection, a separation of
layers of arteries that carry blood to the head, which is a leading cause of
stroke can be tackled through this increase voltage in the brain rectifies this

should do some kind of small physical work with their hands such as knitting
sweaters or mopping or sweeping the floor or walk one kilometer or combing the

Even cooling the hot milk in the vessel by rotating it
creates a centrifugal force just mere shaking with two hands is a very good exercise
for both hands and eyes. In Tamil culture on Pongal celebration day most women
in every house spend 2 to 3 hours covering minimum ground area of 30 to 50 sq feet, by hand they draw colorful attractive decoration
using different color materials grounded from rice looks like choke powder just spilling and manipulating through their
fingers a simple drawing a terminology used in Tamil as ‘Kolam’. They draw a spectrum of colors in order to match the coloring for which their feet have to move in and out of the
decorative area to make it grand. This precise walking with bending posture allows the hand to touch the ground to do the artistic work by bending and rising
number of times, gives a very good physical exercise for the whole body which

Whereas watching movies in TV screen or using Smart phone of those
touch screens including iPod or even computer operation especially reading
messages in the internet is very bad for the brain cells because it deactivate
the voltage power in the brain.

Best way to boost the brain cells one has to work on
my invented Medical Instrument that would automatically increase the level of
voltage in the brain strengthens all the ionized blood cells to carry more
oxygen in them. This excess oxygen that carries through the fetal tube
oxygenate the placenta makes the fetus to grow a healthy baby in nine months
time. And the child is totally free from all diseases for the rest of his life
up to nineties.
In addition to this, exercise is very important in
life to go beyond 110 years and my invented Medical Instrument makes the
physical exercises easier compared to regular exercise as stated in my earlier
reports.
